Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth area. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to model effective support and equip key adults to achieve therapy goals. Implement graduated responses to ensure children receive appropriate assistance at the right time. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £40,250 plus bonuses, including a 10% daily rest trial and access to Inclusion Hubs and Momenta 360 reintegration programmes.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- fully enhanced DBS

- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
