Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to model interventions and equip key adults with skills to support pupils, operating through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Work with families and professionals to ensure children receive appropriate support while shaping the area's inclusive education strategy. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus structure. Momenta Connect provides a multidisciplinary hub focused on helping children overcome educational barriers, offering comprehensive services including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia assessments.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS

- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
