Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth area. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to model interventions and equip key adults with skills to support pupils, operating through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £40,250 per annum plus a £2,000 welcome bonus. The position includes 25 days of annual leave, a 10% daily rest trial, and access to comprehensive wellbeing support. Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS

- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
