Job Summary
Implement universal strategies and targeted interventions across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth areas. Deliver pupil-centred intervention plans and therapy programmes while supporting SENCOs and school staff to confidently lead whole-school communication. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and teaching teams to model interventions and integrate them into daily school life. Provide professional clinical supervision and develop training aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Operate through a graduated response model to ensure children receive appropriate support at the right time. Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week, up to £40,250 per annum plus welcome bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS

- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
