Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth area. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to model effective support and equip key adults with skills to achieve therapy goals. Work with families and professionals to shape the area's inclusive education strategy. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus structure. As part of Outcomes First Group, you will contribute to a hub delivering diagnostics and Inclusion Hubs for children facing complex educational barriers.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of implementing universal strategies and targeted interventions
- Team Lead Experience
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
