Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth areas. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Model effective integration of interventions into school life and equip key adults with skills to support pupils achieving therapy goals using a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. This permanent role offers a salary up to £40,250 plus a welcome bonus, 37.5 hours per week, and includes 10% daily rest and 25 days of annual leave. Candidates must hold HCPC registration and relevant degrees, with experience in clinical supervision and training development.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS

- Team Lead Experience
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
