Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Support SENCOs and school staff by implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary and teaching teams to model effective integration into school life, ensuring children receive appropriate support under the graduated response model. Provide professional clinical supervision and develop training for key adults to empower whole-school communication. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus. The employer provides a 10% daily rest trial, 25 days annual leave, and extensive CPD opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of implementing universal strategies and targeted interventions
- Team Lead Experience
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
