Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in the Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth areas. Support SENCOs and school staff in implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to model effective interventions and equip key adults with skills to support pupils in achieving therapy goals. Work with families and professionals to ensure children receive appropriate support through a graduated response model. This permanent role includes 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus structure. Momenta Connect offers a Summer Contract maximizing annual leave and is trialling 10% daily rest. The organization provides a comprehensive suite of services including diagnostics for ADHD, autism, and dyslexia, alongside Inclusion Hubs and the Momenta 360 reintegration program.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS

- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
