Job Summary
Deliver targeted interventions and develop therapy programmes across mainstream schools in Hillingdon, Uxbridge, and Isleworth. Support SENCOs and school staff by implementing universal strategies and delivering pupil-centred intervention plans. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to model effective interventions and equip key adults with skills to support pupils, operating through a graduated response model aligned with the SEND Code of Practice. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a welcome bonus of £2000. Momenta Connect provides a multidisciplinary hub focused on inclusive education, offering 25 days of annual leave, CPD days, and comprehensive wellbeing support including mental health services and fertility treatment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- BSc, PGDip or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working with this client group in a similar setting
- Highly experienced in providing professional and clinical supervision
- Highly experienced in developing training
- All successful applicants will be subject to a fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of implementing universal strategies and targeted interventions
- Team Lead Experience
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
