Job Summary
Band 7 Paediatric Community Speech and Language Therapist providing face-to-face SLT services in mainstream school settings across Hammersmith and Fulham; duties include completing EHCP assessments, delivering high-quality intervention for children with speech, language, and communication needs, maintaining clinical documentation, and collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. HCPC registered with experience in mainstream schools and SystmOne (S1) is required; role involves flexible, independent work across school sites in London.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (required)
- HCPC registration (required)
- Experience working in mainstream schools and completing EHCP assessments
- Proficiency in using SystmOne (S1)
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
