Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental and learning needs for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), then develop and implement individualised intervention plans. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into daily environments, while evaluating intervention effectiveness and providing training to key adults. Maintain accurate documentation and actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care for young people with complex needs. Primarily work in school settings with opportunities for clinic and remote-based roles.
