Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental and learning needs for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), then develop and implement individualised intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into daily environments and evaluate intervention effectiveness. Equip key adults with skills to support therapy goals and actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care for young people with complex needs. Maintain accurate documentation while providing training and upskilling to professionals. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours weekly across six days, with potential for clinic and remote work within school settings.
