Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental or learning needs for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and develop individualized intervention plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into the young person's daily environment, while evaluating intervention effectiveness and providing training to key adults. Maintain accurate documentation and actively participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated care for children with complex needs. Primarily school-based work with opportunities for clinic and remote settings.
