Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental needs for Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and develop individualised intervention plans. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into daily environments and equip key adults with support skills. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, provide training to staff, and maintain accurate documentation while participating in multidisciplinary meetings. Work primarily in school settings with potential for clinic and remote opportunities. This role supports children facing complex educational and emotional barriers through expert-led diagnostics for ADHD, autism, and dyslexia. The team delivers the Momenta 360 program to assist reintegration into education.
Required Qualifications
- BSc or MSc in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registration
- All experience levels considered
- Fully enhanced DBS
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working within a paediatric setting
- Experience working with EHCPs and SLT provision in a school setting
- Experience working with complex behaviours
- Experience completing assessments for Education, Health, and Care Plans
- Specialist CPD and/or training
- Trauma-Informed care experience
- Experience working with paediatric social, emotional, and mental health needs
