Speech and Language Pathologist

Develop personalized learning experiences for students with speech and language impairments to meet IEP goals and objectives. Manage cases for students with primary Speech and Language Impairment identifications, evaluating educational needs to create appropriate accommodations and interventions. Develop, revise, and maintain IEPs and special education documents in accordance with school policies. Implement evidence-based best practices in therapy services while collaborating with administrators, staff, parents, and outside agencies. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and participate in staff development programs. Maintain confidentiality of student records and adhere to professional ethical principles and school codes of conduct.
