Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments of residents' communication skills and speech abilities, then develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address specific goals. Provide speech and language therapy through individual and group sessions while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans. Monitor and evaluate therapy effectiveness, adjusting plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of all sessions and resident progress. This full-time role offers $45.00 - $52.00 per hour plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Master's degree and MA certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- MA Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
