Speech Analyst

Speech Analyst to support growth in Foundever’s English-speaking markets with hands-on AWS Contact Lens setup/configuration, data analysis, and development of actionable insights. Responsible for delivering complex analyses, translating insights into business cases, and presenting findings to clients and internal stakeholders. Work with BI/Power BI teams to refine dashboards and visualizations, manage stakeholder requirements, and advise operations and clients on data-driven improvements to achieve ROI in AWS services. Requires 1+ year configuring AWS Contact Lens, 2+ years in speech analytics, 2+ years handling contact center data, strong Power BI skills, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple projects independently. Travel experience in the travel sector is preferred. Location: Cairo, Egypt (Egypt).
