Plan and coordinate container deliveries, create and monitor transport orders, and manage rail capacity planning. Monitor cost and revenue structures for transports, identify deviations early, and take corrective measures. Source new freight forwarders and handle customer service during order intake and shipment inquiries. Correspond with partners, customers, and carriers while optimizing interfaces with adjacent departments. Requires a Speditionskaufmann/frau qualification with relevant dispatch experience, strong organizational skills, and fluent German and English. Full-time role in Hamburg with performance-based compensation including vacation and Christmas pay.
