Plan and organize transport operations, including tour planning, route optimization, and monitoring of the transport process. Accept and process orders while advising clients on transport options, prices, and delivery times. Manage customer relationships and handle documentation such as freight papers and shipment tracking. Calculate freight rates and logistics costs to create individual customer offers and resolve discrepancies. Maintain data in transportation and ERP systems.
