Job Summary
SpEd Paraprofessional at Antelope Trails Elementary supports autism-focused instructional programming under licensed staff, performing one-on-one and small-group student assistance, data collection, behavior management, and preparation of teaching materials. Responsibilities include implementing ABA/Verbal Behavior programs, assisting with reading and other curriculum tasks, supervising students during recess and field trips, preparing materials, maintaining student files, coordinating with classroom teachers, and participating in ongoing professional development and training. Requires a high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention readiness, and willingness to receive training in student-specific needs; background checks and fingerprinting are required.
