SPED (One-on-One) Aide - ERR

SPED One-on-One Aide provides instructional support in the classroom and 1-on-1 settings, assisting the teacher with instructional materials, scoring of objective tests, and classroom displays. Responsibilities include helping maintain a neat and orderly classroom, managing inventory and equipment, assisting with administrative records and required reports, orienting substitute teachers, conducting instructional exercises, supervising students during lunchroom, bus, and playground activities, communicating any special needs or problems, participating in staff development and faculty meetings, maintaining confidentiality, and performing other duties as assigned. The role supports students individually or in small groups, with emphasis on individualized attention and collaboration with the lead teacher.
