Job Summary
Manage the Special Education program by ensuring 100% compliance with state and federal guidelines, including ARD timelines, IEP implementation, and audit file maintenance. Schedule and oversee service delivery for special populations scholars, coordinate referrals, and provide homebound or summer services. Lead professional development for staff, conduct observations, and ensure accurate progress documentation and reporting in SuccessEd and Skyward. Serve as the campus representative for special needs scholars, maintain open communication with parents and administrators, and execute the school's mission of joyful rigor.
Required Qualifications
- Required Special Education Certification with the State of Texas
- Minimum of five years of SPED teaching experience

- Masters Degree preferred
