Job Summary
Act as the primary escalation point for complex automotive diagnostic requests from repair technicians, providing remote guidance and triaging cases based on OEM procedures. Communicate directly with technicians in Polish to gather symptoms and DTCs, then document initial triage results and escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 with complete documentation. Support software-related repairs including OTA updates and basic troubleshooting while maintaining strict adherence to process standards and SLAs. Record detailed case notes and knowledge base content to improve first-fix rates and collaborate with cross-functional teams on recurring issues and workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive diagnostics / technical support / workshop lub field service
- Udokumentowana umiejętność rozwiązywania complex electrical / electronic faults
- Praktyczne doświadczenie w pracy z OEM diagnostic tools
- Swoboda w czytaniu wiring diagrams oraz dokumentacji technicznej
- Doświadczenie we współpracy z workshops, engineering lub technical teams
- Umiejętność wspierania i guidance dla techników
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego oraz professional English (wymagane)
- Nowoczesne systemy pojazdów: powertrain, ADAS, body electronics
- Sieci komunikacyjne: CAN / LIN / FlexRay
- Metody diagnostyczne: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing
Desired Qualifications
- Doświadczenie w field-based lub multi-site support
- Ekspozycja na różne marki (multi-brand)
- Background w OEM / importer technical support
- Znajomość języka niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem
