Specimen Processor (Overnight Shift)

Specimen Processor on the Overnight Shift is responsible for receiving, preparing, and processing most samples that come into the department. Tasks include accurately processing standard requisitions, labeling samples, aliquoting as needed, entering specimen data, scanning into storage racks, and ensuring Turn Around Times are met. Must maintain clean, organized work areas, follow SOPs and safety/quality procedures, and assist other lab personnel as needed. Requires attention to detail, data-entry and multid_tasking abilities, and strong communication skills. Education requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; 0-1 years of related experience preferred. This role operates in a laboratory setting within Antech Diagnostics, with overnight hours (1am-9:30am, Tue-Sat, with rotating Sunday) and a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.
