Job Summary
Specimen Processing Team Lead responsible for assisting the supervision of day-to-day operations in the department, leading the team in daily processes, preparing and routing specimens for analysis, enforcing policies, performing QA checks, resolving production errors, driving process and service-level improvements, and performing administrative duties as needed. Requires high attention to detail, strong communication, ability to lift 40 pounds, and color-vision screening. Night shift: Monday–Friday 5pm–1:30am with rotating weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- 1 year or more experience in data entry or accessioning
