Job Summary
Collect, process, label, package, and ship laboratory specimens while maintaining chain-of-custody requirements and HIPAA compliance. Perform accurate and timely order entry, specimen documentation, and data entry. Troubleshoot missing patient or order information and conduct direct observation collections when required. Monitor and maintain inventory of collection supplies, ensure clean work areas, and support process improvement initiatives. Adhere to OSHA regulations and company policies to contribute to improved patient outcomes. Work Mon/Wed/Fri 8:30am - 12:30pm at a rate of $21.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
