Job Summary
Collect patient blood, urine, and oral fluid specimens, then process and package them for shipping. Serve as the intermediary between clinics and the laboratory by recording patient and physician order details while resolving specimen concerns through the ordering portal. Observe collections for gender-identified female patients and manage onsite collection supply inventory. Drive to multiple facilities as needed to perform observed collections. This part-time role supports Millennium Health's medication monitoring and drug testing services for patients with chronic pain, mental illness, and substance use disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Female candidates
- Certified phlebotomist
- 1+ year experience in the field
- 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector
- 1+ years of experience in the medical field
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a smart phone and computer
- Valid driver's license
