Job Summary
Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens and process collections for shipping. Serve as an intermediary between clinics and the laboratory by recording patient information, physician orders, and lab details. Resolve specimen concerns via the ordering portal and order/maintain onsite collection supplies. Observe collections when applicable and drive between multiple facilities. Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA, HiTrust, confidentiality, and cyber security policies. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and smartphone/computer navigation skills. Full-time or part-time roles available in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years of experience in the medical field, directly supporting patients preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience can be considered in place of medical experience
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a smart phone and computer required
- Valid driver's license required

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Physical requirements: sitting 60%, walking 20%, standing 20%, lifting up to 20 lbs.

Desired Qualifications
