Develop sustainability reporting aligned with CSRD regulations and support the implementation of environmental, social, and governance strategies. Contribute to drafting the sustainability strategy, annual action plan, and climate strategy while tracking the company's carbon footprint. Establish and enhance data collection processes for sustainability initiatives and collaborate with ESG team members, organizational units, and external authorities on company projects. Execute additional tasks assigned by the organization. Requires 3–5 years of experience in sustainable development, a degree from VSS or technical/social faculties, B2 English proficiency, advanced MS Office skills, and strong data interpretation abilities.
