Verify sales contract data against internal policies, deliver written reminders for overdue debts, and negotiate payment terms for complex situations. Manage supplier contract repositories, input payment guarantees into the SAP system, and assist the accounts receivable department in reconciling balances with business partners. Collect customer payment specifications and resolve unclassified deposits while generating analytical reports on partner obligations. Adhere to safety, hygiene, and fire protection regulations, reporting directly to management or covering for absent supervisors.
