Job Summary
Act as the primary technical contact during specification and tender phases; provide technical consulting, product presentations, demonstrations, and training to consultants, key accounts, and project stakeholders; build and maintain relationships with consultants, specifiers, and decision-makers in the Saudi market; support project penetration through active site presence across tendering and live projects; develop technical submittals, datasheets, and specification documents; identify and pursue specification-driven business opportunities to support sales targets; monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine specification and commercial strategies; collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure a structured, transparent project pipeline and effective lead handover.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, specification, or business development within construction-related environments
- Solid technical knowledge of passive fire protection, insulation, acoustics, or HVAC-related products
- Proven understanding of the Saudi construction market, key stakeholders, and applicable codes and standards
- Experience influencing technical decision-makers through compliant, evidence-based solutions
- Ability to translate technical requirements into clear specifications and submittals
- Structured, analytical working style with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Willingness to maintain regular site presence and engage actively across projects and accounts
