Specification Manager (Tiles and Building Materials Industry)

Develop and implement targeted specification strategies to secure opportunities with architects, designers, developers, and contractors for Sanitaryware and porcelain materials. Build strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders to influence product selection early in the design process and support contract negotiations for pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain deep product expertise on technical features, sustainability certifications, and design trends while communicating unique selling points to clients. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and installers to ensure timely delivery of specified products, address logistical challenges, and provide ongoing after-sales support. Monitor account receivables, coordinate payment follow-ups, and liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
