Specification Lead

Job Summary
Lead specification activities and relationships with architects, consultants, and specifiers; secure product specifications in project design documents; promote SIKA solutions through technical presentations and meetings; track project pipelines and coordinate with sales for conversion; provide technical input during pre-sales and project design stages; conduct product awareness sessions and specification seminars. Requires strong technical/product knowledge, exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and ability to travel; based in Karachi with in-person work arrangement and travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors’ in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any other relevant field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in technical sales/specification in relevant industry
- Strong technical and product knowledge
- Communication & stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness and project tracking
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible about working hours, travel and being away from home.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
