Job Summary
Specification Key Account Manager role focusing on shaping and driving business growth through market segmentation, identifying project opportunities, and managing key accounts in the sanitary/building materials sector. Responsibilities include proactively monitoring specification targets, cultivating opportunities within assigned channels, optimizing the project pipeline through status/conversion metrics, developing precise specifications and compelling quotations with timely approvals, maintaining a Key Account database, tracking sales results, supporting industry events, and maintaining data integrity in corporate reporting. Required skills include SAP and MS Office proficiency, strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, 5-7 years of relevant project-based experience, English fluency, a professional and collaborative demeanor, and the ability to travel frequently with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline preferred (Mechanical, Architectural & Civil)
- 5-7 years of experience in building materials project business; experience in the Sanitary industry highly preferable
- Proficiency in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and socializing skills
- Outstanding persuasion and analytical skills
- High presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for frequent business travel
