Job Summary

Coordinate and schedule daily work activities for Specialty Teams, delegating tasks to crew members to ensure projects complete on time. Oversee execution of repairs, renovations, and improvements on multi-unit residential buildings, enforcing job specifications and maintaining quality and production standards. Monitor material usage and project budgets while resolving crew issues and providing hands-on guidance on construction projects. Support the Specialty Teams Manager on field aspects of the project budget, schedule, and productivity for the Central Region. Recognize and address problems among crew to uphold tenant and staff safety.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential wood frame construction, repair, and renovation
  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory or team lead experience
  • Knowledgeable in reading and understanding construction plans
  • Effective computer skills including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Demonstrated ability in carpentry and building maintenance
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a changing environment
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Willing and able to travel between sites
