Job Summary
The Specialty Summer Camp Counselor - Gymnastics Coach is responsible for the overall operations and management of the gymnastics camp program, ensuring compliance with YMCA policies. Key responsibilities include developing age-appropriate activities, lesson plans, monitoring day-to-day operations, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining communication with parents about their children's participation. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, have experience with school-aged children, and be at least 18 years old. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to relate to children and adults, and certification in First Aid and CPR within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or a GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- A minimum of two years' work experience with school-aged children
- First Aid and CPR certification within 30 days of being hired

Additional Requirements
