Job Summary
Process client, advisor, system, and control-related work daily, managing priorities to meet service standards while delivering exceptional service with professionalism and responsiveness. Develop and apply knowledge of Traditional Life, Universal Life, and Health Insurance products across legacy platforms including Sun Life, Clarica, MetLife, and Prudential. Monitor and manage system controls, investigate exceptions, identify root causes, and take appropriate action to resolve issues. Apply critical thinking to identify risks, close process gaps, and recommend improvements using digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Collaborate effectively with internal partners to support business objectives and improve operational outcomes. This role supports Advisors, Clients, and internal business partners with complex Life and Health Insurance requests on the Controls and Unique Skills team. Bilingualism (French, English) is required for Quebec locations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the life insurance industry
- Knowledge of Traditional Life and Universal Life Insurance products
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems, applications, and business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect information, identify trends, and investigate issues
- Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
