Job Summary
Specialty Sales Representative II at Hawx Pest Control focusing on selling specialty pest services (e.g., German cockroach, bed bug, termite, rodent exclusion, insulation) alongside standard pest control offerings. Responsibilities include reacting to leads, following up on sales, conducting high-quality inspections, communicating treatment protocols to residential and commercial clients, entering/exiting structures, and maintaining equipment. You will close sales, generate revenue for the location, deliver premier customer service, and follow a daily service schedule while adhering to KPI targets. You will also record activities, complete paperwork, and use integrated pest management strategies when presenting value to customers. Requirements emphasize reliable, people-focused, emotionally intelligent communication, and strong organizational skills; experience in pest control sales is preferred, with the ability to maneuver in outdoor work conditions and lift up to 50 pounds; background check and a valid driver’s license are required; company benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, PTO/holidays, and more; Hawx is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass required background check
- Must be 21 years or older w/ valid driver's license
- Well versed in sales, the sales process and proven track record selling in the pest control industry
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build rapport with customers and prospective clients
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Physical labor experience (working in outside conditions)
- Ability to bend, lift, sit, stretch, reach, crouch
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds
