Job Summary
Specialty Sales Team Leader at Target responsible for delivering an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience while leading a team of hourly consultants across apparel, home, baby, beauty, and electronics. Responsibilities include planning daily/weekly workloads, coaching and developing team members, interviewing and retaining talent, executing merchandising plans and planograms, ensuring guest service commitments are met, monitoring area metrics, maintaining store operations and safety standards, participating in hiring and onboarding, and collaborating with leadership to drive sales and guest engagement through effective leadership, inclusivity, and adherence to company policies.
