Job Summary
Set visual presentations, fill the sales floor to capacity, and maintain product availability by executing priority and manual replenishment tasks. Sort truck freight, push merchandise to the sales floor, and manage backroom organization to support guest requests and fulfillment. Execute price changes, clear signage, and remerchandising best practices while maintaining safety compliance and operating handheld scanners. Greet guests, assist with fitting room needs, and support drive-up and order pickup services throughout the shift. Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Capability to resolve guest questions quickly
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
