Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings. Set and maintain visual presentations, sort truck freight, and push merchandise to the salesfloor while ensuring accurate pricing and inventory availability. Support guest needs by greeting shoppers, assisting in fitting rooms, and handling fulfillment requests including order pick-up and drive-up services. Maintain backroom organization, execute price change processes, and comply with all safety policies and adult beverage laws. Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills

- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
