Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational signing, and maintaining accurate assortment knowledge. Set and maintain visual presentations, sort truck freight, and push merchandise to the salesfloor while ensuring full capacity and proper pricing. Execute backroom organization, price change processes, and support fulfillment by moving items from the fitting room to the salesfloor. Greet guests, assist with order pick-up and drive-up services, and resolve shopping needs using store tools and handheld scanners. Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment lifting up to 44 pounds, adhering to safety policies and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills

- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
