Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational signing, and maintaining accurate pricing and assortment. Sort truck freight, push merchandise to the salesfloor, and locate items in the backroom to support replenishment and fulfillment requests. Set visual presentations and maintain backroom organization while executing price changes and clearance merchandising best practices. Support guest services including back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up duties, ensuring compliance with all safety policies and adult beverage laws. Greet guests, solve specific needs, and thank them for their visit throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Capability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
