Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings. Set and fill the sales floor, sort truck freight, and push merchandise to the sales floor while maintaining backroom organization and product availability. Execute price change processes, support fulfillment by moving items from fitting rooms to the sales floor, and assist with guest services including back-up cashier, order pick-up, and drive-up duties. Greet guests, solve specific needs, and thank them for their visit while adhering to all safety policies, ethical conduct, and adult beverage laws. Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Capability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
