Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational signing, and maintaining accurate assortment knowledge. Set, fill, and price the sales floor to ensure full presentation with correct sizes, styles, and colors while leveraging store tools to solve guest needs. Sort truck freight, push merchandise to the sales floor, and maintain backroom organization for efficient replenishment and fulfillment. Execute price change processes, manage clearance merchandising, and support guest services including back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up duties. Maintain safety compliance, greet guests warmly, and resolve questions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills

- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
