Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floorpad by executing visual standards, inspirational signing, and maintaining accurate assortment knowledge. Sort truck freight, push merchandise to the sales floor, and set visual presentations to support guest experience and sales. Maintain product availability through priority fills, manual fills, and backroom organization while executing price changes and clearance merchandising. Support guest services including back-up cashier, order pick-up, and drive-up duties, ensuring compliance with safety policies and adult beverage laws. Greet guests, resolve questions quickly, and thank them for their visit. This role requires a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves lifting up to 44 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills

- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise and fixtures up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from others
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)
