Job Summary
Specialty Sales Representative will travel within their territory promoting Option Care Health's infusion capabilities and value messages to physician offices and referral sources; in markets with Ambulatory Infusion Clinics, they’ll drive demand to fill clinics. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with targeted offices, delivering persuasive sales presentations to physicians and staff, partnering with clinical/administrative teams to promote infusion services, executing daily face-to-face sales calls, documenting activities in CRM, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure superior customer service and patient onboarding. Requires high school diploma/equivalent, 2–5 years healthcare/B2B sales, CRM experience, valid driver’s license, and travel ~90% within the territory. Strong verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills, and goal-oriented mindset are essential, with preferred qualifications including Associate or Bachelor’s degree and experience in IV infusion therapy or biologics. Solutions-oriented with ability to translate strategy into provider-focused messaging and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in business-to-business or healthcare sales
- Proven ability to generate referrals and grow revenue
- Experience using a CRM to track sales activity
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory 90% of the time
