Job Summary
Specialty Sales Operations Planner responsible for supporting territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling; manage and administer Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools; drive end-to-end quote-to-order processes; provide ad hoc analysis and dashboards; collaborate across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain; improve planning workflows, data integrity, and pricing/product configuration support; leverage CRM/forecasting/reporting systems to inform strategic initiatives; required skills include Salesforce.com, Anaplan, Excel, and BI tooling; remote work setup with US-based locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4+ years’ sales planning and delivery experience with Salesforce.com
- Anaplan experience required
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle CPQ preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) preferred
