Job Summary

Execute the strategy for Specialty Footwear in North America by identifying new Specialty Partners and developing programming to drive profitable growth. Partner with trade marketing to create seasonal strategies, collaborate on data-driven forecasting, and travel across the region to support go-to-market success and strengthen partner relationships. Attend trade shows and industry events while guiding a team of Territory Managers to ensure product, storytelling, and service align with long-term plans. This role involves shaping the future of the footwear business across North America, with a 50% travel commitment and flexibility to work weekends or holidays as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related experience in best in class strategic account management
  • ideally in the footwear space
  • experience in all forms of distribution including owned retail development and growth, partnership branded retail, and wholesale development
  • You are an excellent people leader, capable of motivating and engaging a group of people to drive collaboration and common goals in your area
  • You have a passion for best-in-class service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests
  • You are a strong communicator in both written and verbal communication and can formulate and articulate strategies and concepts
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable dealing with diverse personalities
  • You are a strong advisor with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at a global level
  • You have excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and a track record of strategic planning
  • You have excellent decision-making skills and are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions with unwavering commitment
  • You are able and willing to travel up to 50%
  • have flexibility to work weekends or holidays, depending on the needs of the business
