Job Summary
Specialty Representative for Rheumatology field sales in the Jackson, MS area with coverage around Memphis, TN and Oxford, MS. Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, manage the assigned territory and accounts, build strong customer relationships, and solve customer needs to maximize short- and long-term sales performance. Deliver sales performance, achieve KPI targets and financial objectives, develop pre-call plans using SMART objectives, handle objections, and pursue win–win agreements with healthcare providers. Maintain deep product, disease state, and competitive knowledge; leverage market intelligence to optimize call plans and optimize access and frequency. Requires credentialing to access facilities and customers (HCIR requirements) and a valid driver’s license; strong communication, strategic thinking, and field-market execution skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- HCIR credentialing requirements may include background checks, immunization/vaccination proof, fingerprinting and licenses required by state/city; eligibility to obtain credentials is required
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
